HOLY SNOW!!!!!!

The Blizzard Of 2004!

We were doing so well this winter, that is until today. We have been hit with a nor' easter, they have even called it a weather bomb... I'll tell ya what it is... terrible.

At around 2 pm they said that we had 65cm of snow that had fallen. With more to come. They are saying that we might get another 15 to 20 cm's. The winds are up to 90mph which is causing snow drifts every where. We have broken the snowfall record set for one day. And it keeps going up!

The government has put the entire provience on a state of emergency. Your not to be on the roads at all. They have even pulled the snow plows off twice today. I hate winter LOL.

Well the good thing is were all safe. That's it for now. I'm off to keep warm.

Well I had the most horrible dream last night. It's the first time in a long time that I have had a nightmare.
It felt so real that when I woke up I had to go around the apartment and turn on all of the lights just to make sure that I was still alone here. I ended up staying up and playing bingo from 3:30 till 6:30. So I'm just a bit tired today. Thank goodness Mike doesn't work tonight.

Two day's ago a black cat appeared in the building, no one here owns it and the people that found it have kept it in the building. Through out the day she stays in the back hall way, she can't get out. One neighbor brought out a pillow for her, I took out some hard food and some water for her.

I hope that some one takes her or claims her of it's off to the spca, and cats don't last long there.

Well I have to go get a shower, I hope to be back online later.

Okay I have given myself the biggest headache today. I think it started when I went crazy doing pixel painting again. There hasn't been anything that I have really wanted to try... that is until today. I've done 6 different tuts and made a couple of websets to boot.

My poor kitty has a cold she has been sneezing alot over the last few days and now all she does is nap. She was really sooky today. She kept crawling up on Mike's lap while he was play one of his games with his buddies online. Ever time I went to look for her, I'd find her there.

Other than the headache that I ened up with today was a pretty good day. I got my house work done early this morning, I'm starting to get ready for my spring cleaning. For some reason we have every box for every thing we have ever bought in the storage closet. I want them out into the trash.... but I think some one else in this house is a bigger pack rat than I am LOL... and now that's saying something.

What a crazy week...

I haven't been posting much this week, I've been a bit busy. On Monday I went out with mum just so we could get our walking time in. Well dad had been away all weekend and he told her to go. So we went to the mall like we usually do to hit some of the sales. She got a leather jacket for my BIL for his birthday for only 29 dollars. I had to look at it twice to see if there was anything wrong with it. It had a bit of dirt on the back that washed right off. Than we went to one of the grocery stores to get some of the things that were on sale.... they didn't have any of the things that we were looking for so off we went to another one.... and yet again they didn't have the ad stuff. Well that kinda sucked. So we went to a completly different chain and were able to get all of the things that we were looking for. Which was great. When I got home around 5:30 I started to make dinner after dinner I had a nap. When I woke up I put on the radio only to hear that a woman had been approched at the last mall that we were at around 6 by a guy with a switchblade wanting her to get out of her car. Lucky for her, she had her doors locked and took off to call the police. That kinda freaked me out because we had just left there a half an hour before.

I haven't been feeling all that great all week long so I have been going to sleep early and taking naps like crazy. So I haven't been spending that much time on the PC and when I am, I try and make something in PSP for fun. It seems like I just start to feel well and than bang I get sick again.

I guess that were in for some bad weather tomorrow, I hope that it just passes over us. We will either get rain/freezing rain or a boat load of snow. I really don't like winter any more... it's been so blasted cold.
